Ridge gourd curry || బీరకాయ కూర || तोरई with video

Ingredients:

1)Oil

2)Ridge Gourd

3)onions

4)Mustard seeds

5)Cumin seeds

6)turmeric powder

7)salt

8)chilli powder

Preparation Method:

1)Take a pan and pour cooking oil

2)let the oil heat for a minute and add cumin and mustard seeds

3)Add chopped onions and let them fry a bit until the color is changed 

4)Add chopped ridge gourd to it and mix 

5)Add Turmeric powder to it and mix

6)Add Chilli Powder to it and mix well and close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes

7)Add salt to it and mix 

8)close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes 

9)you can check if it is cooked by just splitting the piece.

If it cuts easily then it is cooked. if it doesnt let it cook for another 5 minutes and check again

10)turn off the stove and serve it hot with either rice or roti
