This sweet with bread is the easiest to make with less ingredients. so lets make this and serve it to the loved ones.

So lets get started!!

Ingredients:

  1. Bread – 1 packet

  2. Sugar – 1 glass

  3. Ghee – 2 to 3 spoons

  4. Oil – as needed for fry

  5. Raisins 

  6. Cashew

  7. Almonds

Note: i did not use almonds in my video. If you want to use almonds soak them for minimum 15 minutes and remove the skin.

Preparation method:

  1. Remove the edges of the bread and cut into pieces

  2. Place pan on the stove and pour  2 to 3 spoons of ghee and roast raisins,cashew and soaked and peeled almonds and place them aside. 

  3. Now pour some oil into same pan and drop the bread pieces and fry them on low flame. 

  4. Now take a clean pan and add water and sugar and prepare sugar syrup.

  5. Next add the fried bread pieces into it and mash them until they are dipped well and mixed well in sugar syrup

  6. Now mix them for 1 minute and add roasted dry fruits and bit of ghee for taste 

  7. Let it cool a bit and serve it.
